Miss Being Less Than Six Feet Away

Hello, friends! My new Miss Your Hugs card kit from My Favorite Things arrived on Friday. Since I had the day off from work, I actually found time to get crafty so I made this card using mostly items from the kit.

The cardstock, stamps, and rainbow dies were included in the kit. The patterned paper and ink were from my stash. I also followed the MFT sketch #516 for their current challenge. 

For some dimension, I attached the pink layer and the blue banner with foam tape. The rainbows were stamped in coordinating colors, die cut, and attached using MFT glue.

I kept this card fairly simple to follow along with the sketch and to keep it snail-mail friendly. Now I just need to figure out who the recipient should be! 

This card kit is super appropriate right now as COVID-19 cases in the United States continue to soar out of control. Our family was recently exposed and placed in quarantine for 2 weeks so I completely understand how hard these times can be on families. Hopefully, this card will brighten someone's day as we all hope and pray for a better, brighter future in 2021.
