Thanks for Always Delivering
Hello, friends! It's been a challenging couple of months during this COVID-19 pandemic, trying to balance working from home with homeschooling the kids, and working around the house and yard on weekends. Despite our very best efforts to self-isolate, I haven't had too much time in my craft room lately.
I also recently came across these adorable quarantine-related digital stamps at The Greeting Farm. I was inspired by these cards created by Amy Young here and here and Marina Vasquez here so I decided I would have a go too. I used the Delivery, Quarantine Life, and Porch digital sets to create this slimline card for Mr. Steve, our UPS driver.
I also wanted to share our sincere appreciation for his hard work and dedication in delivering our Amazon packages during this pandemic.
Copics:
Grass, Shrubs, Planters - G28, G24, G21, YG67, YG63, YG03, YR16, YR15, RV29, RV25, RV23;
Girl - BG49, BG45, BG01 (Shirt), E04, E11, E21, E00 (Skin), E55, E53, Y21 (Hair), C3, C1, C0 (Mask); Steps & Stones - W3, W1, W0; Boxes & TP - E55, E53, E50, BG32, BG000;
Siding & Door - E43, E42, E41, C5, C3, C1, C0; Doormat - BG49, BG45, BG01; Driver - E04, E11, E21, E00 (Skin), E55, E53, Y21 (Hair), E27, E25, E23, Y17 (Uniform), C7, C5 (Shoes)
This card took me two days to color but I love how it turned out!! The Greeting Farm has many other digital stamps that have been released to create scenes and thank you cards for essential personnel - anywhere from first responders, grocery store workers, postal and delivery drivers, to garbage truck drivers. They also have some really relevant sets for teleworking and saying hello from home.
Hopefully, over the next few weeks, I will find a little more time to get crafty so I can share some additional fun scenes with you.
Thanks for stopping by!
