Handmade Card Sets

Hello, friends... as we wrap up another decade today, I am sharing some clean and simple card sets that I created as Christmas gifts for family this year, using some of my goodies from My Favorite Things.

For this first set, I was inspired by the cards created by Lisa Lara here. I masked the ice with post it tape and ink blended salty ocean distress oxide ink. The images from Polar Bear Pals are colored with Copics and cut using the coordinating dies. I secured them to the card base with scor-tape and stamped a coordinating sentiment from the same stamp set.

Inspired by Laura Bassen's cards here, I created the next set of cards with the "Free with $60" Christmas Tree Window dynamics.

I die cut the tree from white cardstock and layered it over a slightly larger piece of ink blended cardstock, using cracked pistachio, peacock feathers, and salty ocean or fossilized amber, spiced marmalade, and candied apple distress oxide inks.

To finish off the cards, I added some coordinating sequins and mounted the panel to a white A2 card base.

Thanks for stopping by! Happy New Year's Eve!!
