Tiddly Inks Autumn Color Challenge | Wryn Christmas Gift

Today kicks off our new monthly challenge for October over on the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog. As long as you use a Tiddly Inks image, we want to see makes that are inspired by this Design Seeds color palette:

For my design team project, I'm using the Wryn Christmas Gift digital stamp to design a birthday card for my daughter's friend who celebrated a birthday in September.

I colored the image with Copics. Initially, I started out using my new gift card pouches to create the window for the stamped sentiment and subtle leaves in the background. This is the first time I've used these pouches (and the tear strip die on the inside) from MFT Stamps. At this point, Wryn is not adhered to the card front. I could have stopped there and added tiny gold seed beads for a shaker card.

However, my daughter wanted to give her friend a gift card to the Google Play store. The gift card was white with bright primary colors on the front which messed up my autumn color scheme, so I readjusted Wryn to hide the primary colors, and added a coordinating stamped sentiment on the inside.

So, now it's your turn! Link up your Autumn Colors projects for a chance to win a gift certificate to the Tiddly Inks shop. And don't forget to check out the other gorgeous makes my teammates have come up with for this challenge.
