ADU Facebook Challenge for September | For the Kidz

Hello!! We have a new All Dressed Up challenge starting today over on the Facebook group. The theme of this month's challenge is "For the Kidz" and you have the entire month of September to add your entries. I used A Cuddle Makes It All Better to make this pawsome card for one of our dogsitters.

To create the card base, I stenciled dots onto dark brown cardstock using broken china and wilted violet distress oxide inks. I am in love with how bright and vibrant this ink is on dark cardstock!! These too inks blended perfectly to stamp the sentiment and also coordinate with the multi-colored dress.

Once I had the base created, I colored the digital image with coordinating Copics and fussy cut the top part of the image out with scissors, leaving the lower section attached. I used a stitched rectangle die to add faux stitching and popped the entire panel up with foam tape.

Copics:
E000, E00, E21, E11, E04
E50, E53, E55
E23, E25, E27, E29
B00, BG05, BG09
BV00, BV02, BV04
V000, V01, V04, V06

So now it's your turn to share a kids themed project using an All Dressed Up image over in our Facebook group. I look forward to seeing what you make this month!!
