Pawsome Thanks

Hi everyone! Today I am sharing a card I made recently for our dog sitter. We've done quite a bit of traveling lately so making dog-themed cards has kept me busy this summer.

I started by stamping the dog from SSS Pawsome Cats and Dogs in Memento tuxedo black ink. Before coloring her with Copics, I masked the image using the coordinating die with a full adhesive post-it note and stenciled the paint splatters in the background with distress inks. This was a last-minute make so I tried to keep it clean and simple.

To finish off the card front, I added a chipboard sentiment that was colored with coordinating Copics and doused with clear shimmer pen. The white stitched panel is layered and mounted to a pink A2 card base.

I also stamped the coordinating sentiment on the inside with Distress Oxide ink. I just love how clear this ink comes out on colored cardstock. The coverage is amazing!!

Thanks for stopping by!!
