Up, Up & Away...

Hi, everyone!! Today I have a card to share using my very first Mo's Digital Pencil image - airplane. I needed a birthday card for my son's 5-year-old friend who was having a party at the Virginia Air & Space Museum. When I came across this image, I couldn't resist and knew it would be perfect for the birthday boy.

I colored the image with Copics and fussy cut it out using scissors. The circle die cut, airplane image, and sentiment banner are all popped up with foam tape for dimension. The patterned paper backdrop gives the illusion that he's flying through the clouds.

When Lou announced this month's sketch, I thought it might actually work if you turn the sketch on its side. I'm also entering this card in the current SSS Wednesday Challenge: For a Child.

Here is the coordinating inside sentiment:

As a new fan of Mo's Digital Pencil, I really enjoyed designing with this image! For someone who is interested in building my collection, which digis are your go-to favorites? Please leave a comment below if you have time.

It's hard to narrow it down because they are all adorable!! Thanks for stopping by!!
