Camp Create with Glitzy Glitter
Hi, everyone! Have you heard about MFT's Camp Create going on this week? It's a great opportunity to break out your craft supplies and try some new techniques. You can earn a series of badges and prizes by entering daily challenges.
Today, I am sharing a card I made for the Day #1 Glitzy Glitter challenge. I "glitterized" the little flag from Blueprints #26 using the technique from the camp video with Glitter Ritz stardust microfine glitter and 2-inch wide scor-tape. Then I stamped the "for you" sentiment in Versafine onyx black ink.
I also used the happy word die from Blueprints #26, die cut four times and layered for added dimension. The stacked hearts layer was a scrap I had leftover from a previous card.
For the inside sentiment, I masked two different stamps to create this unique saying since I had very few happy anniversary sayings:
The "wishing you all the best on your" was from the Papertrey Ink April Birthday Classics stamp set and "anniversary" was masked from the Verve On Occasion stamp set.
Here's another closeup:
I hope you also have time this week to participate in camp. Thanks for stopping by!!
