Tiddly Inks: Happy Birthday Challenge

Hi, everyone! Today we are kicking off a new Happy Birthday themed challenge over at Tiddly Inks. I am featuring Hopping By Wryn this week. My daughter recently attended a birthday party for a friend at a Bounce House party place so I wanted the card to have a bouncy theme. This adorable Wryn hopping by on her pogo stick seemed to fit the bill and the sentiment went right along with it.


I created the background using cracked pistachio and peacock feather distress ink on watercolor cardstock. The multi-color twine is wrapped several times and the layer is popped up with foam tape. Wryn is colored with Copics, fussy cut, and also popped up for added dimension.



The sentiment is from the Papertrey Ink Birthday Classics: March stamp set.
