Tiddly Inks: Don't Be Square Challenge

Hello friends! Today I am happy to share my design team project for the new Tiddly Inks Challenge: Don't Be Square. I made this thank you card using Wryn Floating Along for my mom's friend who was so kind to invite my kids over this summer to swim in her pool.

I designed the summer fun circle and imported the image into Silhouette Studio Designer Edition, printed it out on cryogen white cardstock and then cut it out using my Cameo. I then secured it to a stand-up easel card base.

The edges of the sentiment are inked with squeezed lemonade and worn lipstick distress inks. The bow was created from white seam binding which was inked in worn lipstick and picked raspberry distress inks and then secured to a yellow button.

Wryn is colored up with Copics. I added a dab of fruit punch Stickles to the flowers and diamond Stickles to her swimsuit to give the card some sparkle.

Don't forget to link up your project to play along with our challenge this week! I can't wait to see how you are inspired. If you need more ideas, check out what the rest of the design team has to offer!

Thanks for stopping by!!
