Let's Get Krafty

Hi, everyone! Welcome back to another Tiddly Inks challenge! This time we are getting krafty showcasing projects that use kraft cardstock.

I couldn't resist using My Beach Boy as a final farewell to summer -- I mean, let's get real -- it's technically Autumn as of last week and the weather is turning cooler everyday. I just hate to see summer go! Anyone else with me??

The tag and friend word dies were included in my recent Stamp of Approval box of goodies. The sentiment is die cut from orange cardstock and layered three times for dimension. The top part of the word die is secured directly to the tag which is popped up with foam tape. A good dose of glossy accents adds a wet look to the sentiment, sunglasses, nose of the dog, and the crabby eyeballs.

The darker kraft cardstock layer with the stitched oval cut from the middle is inked up with vintage photo distress ink. Several strands of orange and green twine compliment the overall color scheme.

Don't forget to check out more inspiration from the rest of the design team and link up your projects too! I can't wait to see how you get krafty this week!! Thanks for stopping by!!
