Sending Some Sunshine Your Way
Hi, everyone! I'm back today with a thinking of you card that I made for a colleague of mine who has been fighting her battle with cancer. I've been trying my best to mail her one card per week to help brighten her day.
I used several items from crafty stash, beginning with mustard seed and squeezed lemonade distress inks with a foam applicator to stencil the petal pattern background by My Favorite Things. The balloons are stamped in Memento tuxedo black, colored with Copics, and secured with dimensionals. The sentiment on the card front is from the Lawn Fawn scripty sayings stamp set.
The inside sentiment is from Paper Smooches sentiment sampler set. I also incorporated the stencil pattern inside the card and on the coordinating envelope.
I hope this bright and cheery card brings some sunshine to your day today too!!
Thanks for stopping by!!
