It's a Bear Thing

I made my first attempt this weekend at welding two shapes together to create a card base.  A friend asked if I could make a card in the shape of a bear for a colleague at work.  I fiddled around in the Cricut Craft Room and voila... not too shabby!

The bear is from Create-a-Critter, and the bow is a layer from the hedgehog on the same cartridge.  I used SP & Company's Stitchery Doo Banners stamp set for the sash and handprinted the name to personalize the card. I used Gina K Designs pure luxury cardstock in warm cocoa again and kraft paper, with black cardstock for the shadow.
